Experior applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security, considering the state of the technique, the costs of implementation, and the processing nature, scope, context and purposes, as well as the risks of changing likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

CANDIDATES: data are retained for a maximum of five years from the candidate’s last personal data update.

CLIENTS: personal data will be retained during the time required to comply with the objective for which these were collected, as documented in the contract for the provision of services, or to comply with regulatory or legal requirements.

Data PORTABILITY: right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured ,  commonly used and machine-readable format and to have data transmitted to another person in charge.

OBJECTION: right to object at any time to processing of data concerning you when processed by Experior t as they are considered necessary for their legitimate interests.
